We are currently recruiting for the following roles:
· ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT – PURCHASE LEDGER
You will be working alongside the Accounts Department to look after the personal accounts of suppliers and recording information regarding invoices, credit notes and payments sent.
This is a varied role and includes assisting the Accounts Manager with all invoicing to landlords and tenants for supplier payments, checking purchase invoices and carrying out main supplier payment runs. You will be required to use line 50 Sage for Reconciling bank statements and entering purchase invoices on to the property database. It also covers general administration duties including filing and deposit payments.
We are looking to recruit a candidate who:
o Has the ability to multi-task and thrives within a team environment as well as on their own
o Has excellent attention to detail and is very observant
o Has excellent organisation skills and willingness to take own initiative when required
o Competent in all Microsoft office software packages
o Previous experiencing working with line 50 Sage would be beneficial
o Previous purchase ledger experience would be beneficial
o Excellent administration skills
o Excellent telephone manner
o Must be confident and an assertive communicator
You will be working alongside the front office team ensuring clients enquiries are dealt with and greatly involved with administration of let properties.
This is a varied role and includes assisting the front office with all enquiries. The role also includes assisting the team with lease signing, deposit taking, maintenance enquires and general office administration.
We are looking to recruit candidates who:
o Has the ability to multi-task and thrives on working alone and within a team environment
o Has excellent attention to detail and is very observant
o Has excellent organisation skills and willingness to take own initiative when required
o Competent in all Microsoft office software packages
o Excellent administration skills
o Excellent telephone manner
o Must be confident and an assertive communicator
Knowledgeable on Edinburgh Areas
You will be working alongside the maintenance department to assist with the end of lease check out reports and conducting inventories for all properties.
This is a varied role and includes assisting maintenance with arranging any works which may arise from the end of a tenancy, return of deposits and advising landlords and tenants of any deductions which may arise. It also covers general administration duties including filing, invoicing and completing new inventories and updating old inventories.
We are looking to recruit candidates who:
Has the ability to multi-task and thrives on working alone and within a team environment
Has excellent attention to detail and is very observant
Must have a Clean full driving licence
Has excellent organisation skills and willingness to take own initiative when required
Competent in all Microsoft office software packages
Excellent administration skills
Excellent telephone manner
Must be confident and an assertive communicator
Knowledgeable on Edinburgh Areas
