To help, we'll give you cleaning guidelines together with a checklist of things you need to have done. You'll get this a full two months before you leave your rented property, helping make matter as smooth as possible. 

Your notice period is also two months. So, should the landlord require the property back, they first have to give you two months to look for a new property.  Good times.
